PAPER REVIEW PROCESS

All papers submitted to the III. International Congress on Economic and Administrative Studies (ULIC 2026) will be evaluated in order to ensure academic quality and scientific standards. Submitted papers will first undergo an editorial screening process conducted by the conference editorial board. During this stage, submissions will be assessed based on:

• Relevance to the conference scope and theme
• Scientific quality and originality
• Compliance with submission guidelines

Papers that pass the editorial screening will be sent to a reviewer who is an expert in the relevant field for scientific evaluation. Based on the reviewer’s report, the following decisions may be made:

• Accepted
• Accepted with Revision
• Rejected

If necessary, authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewer’s comments. Accepted papers will be included in the conference program as oral presentations and will be published in the Conference Proceedings Book. ULIC 2026 follows the principles of academic integrity, impartiality, and scientific quality throughout the evaluation process.
